She was predeceased by: her father Galen Byers, Sr.; her husband Elvin "Steve" Iradell Foster; her son Ronald L. Foster; and her siblings, Galen Byers, Jr., Clair "Pete" Byers and Anna Kepner.
She is survived by: her son Steven "Steve" Foster (Kim) of Port Hueneme, CA; her granddaughters, Jennifer Rivas (Felix) of Port Hueneme, CA and Laura Foster (Jovan Montanez) of Filmore, CA; her great grandchildren, Blaise Rivas, Nesta Rivas, Giselle Rivas, Olive Rivas and Amelia Rivas; and her brother James Byers of Dillsburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
