He is survived by: his wife Frances; and his children, Andresa Ontiveros, Elizabeth Garcia (Daniel), Donald Smith (Meaghan), Anthony Smith (Wendy) and Abel Smith (Nicole). He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the CityView Worship Church of Oxnard (2311 Statham Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93033).
