He is survived by: his parents, Idella Jane Kensinger and John Hayden Kensinger; his son Jacob Hayden Kensinger; his stepson Jeremy Hanberry; his siblings, Patty Kensinger and Jim Kensinger (Karen); and his friend Leigh Kirkpatrick. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews, and 16 great nieces and nephews.
