He was predeceased by : his parents, LaRae Herrmann (Rose) and Randy Herrmann; his stepfather Jim Powers; and his sisters, Cheri Pulley and Rene'Boyd.

He is survived by : his sister Shelly Reap (Craig); his nieces and nephews, Rocky Pulley (Bobbi), Shannon Hildreth (Lee), Tammy Shade, Tom Reap and Robert Reap (Amber); his stepbrother John Powers (Sylvia); and his brother-in-law Bob Boyd.
