He was predeceased by: his aunt Susan Krenek; his great-grandparents, Gwen Gerhold, Theresa Bodnum and Jane Rinicella; his grandfathers, Joseph Donahue and William Scanlan; and his great-grandparents, Leonard Bodnum and Clarence Gerhold.
He is survived by: his cousin Zachary Patrick Scanlan (Zack); his parents, Mary Jane Allen and Eric Scanlan (Dawn); his siblings, Megan and Brendan; his stepsisters, Kylee and Monique; his grandmothers, Rosemary Donahue Hawkins and Phyllis Scanlan; his aunts, Debra, Kelly (Jim) and Diane; and his uncle Steve. He is also survived by many other cousins and great friends.
In lieu of flowers, Zachary's wish was to set up a scholarship for Foothill High School graduates for students with attention deficient disabilities and those that struggle with structured learning to help with college tuition costs.
