She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Preston and Pearl Page Preston; her husband Thomas B. Cook Jr.; her daughter Shelley Cook of Pleasanton; her siblings, Robert L. Preston of Hendersonville, TN, John W. Preston (Laura), Frank Preston, Lawrence Preston and Dorothy Renick (Estell) of Bowling Green, KY; and her sister-in-law Mary Jo Cook of Bowling Green.
She is survived by: her son Thomas B. Cook, III (Kathy) of Hilton Head, SC; her granddaughter Hilary H. Cook (Grant Smith); her great grandchildren, Lucia and Amira of Washington, DC; her grandson Jeffrey H. Cook of Austin, TX.; her siblings-in-law, Wilson W. Cook of Bowling Green, KY and Bea Preston of Hendersonville, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Steve Preston, Greg Preston, Lisa Preston, Sarah Ellen Bronson, Sharon Hudson, Alice Logsdon, Elaine Price, Caroline Sims and Gordon Smith.
