He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maria Rodriguez and Guillermo Sandoval; his wife Martha Matsell Sandoval; his children, Arturo (Teresa), Ricky (Patty) and Anthony (Juanita); and his grandchildren, Robert, Matthew, Daniel, Whitney, Jacob, Anthony, Joshua, A. J., Ashley, Jesse, Rikki and Jaidee. He was also cherished by 14 great grandchildren; and three siblings.
