He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Randy, Martin Gibson of Pleasanton and Marie Johnston of Hayward, CA.; his grandchildren, Blake Andrew Gibson, Nicole Jeanne Thornton, Nicholas Anthony Gibson, Justin Robert Thornton, Eve Marie Johnston and Grace Lynn Elizabeth Torres; and his siblings, Kenneth Gibson, Louise Wilkinson, Carolyn Pillsbury, Mikka Gibson and Sara Krause.
