She is survived by: her husband Gerald William Hayes (Jerry); and her children, Eric (Eleisa), Ken (Kathy) and Patty Fishbaugh (Rich). She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to Pleasanton Senior Center, Caring Bridge or Hospice East Bay.
