He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen M. Foley; his children, Karen A. Ryan, James A. Foley and Tim Foley; his children-in-law, Ember Foley and Mike Ryan; his parents, James J. Foley and Frances Simpson Foley; his sibling Mary Ann Hugo; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Lynn Sullivan, Arthur J. Sullivan III (Marian) and Rosemary Dervin (Frank); and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Patty, Maureen, Erin, Gia, Brian, Scott, Michael, Dan, Matthew and Neil.
