He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Filomena Carmen Peixoto and Joseph Joaquim Brum; his former spouse Mathilda Elaine Dutra; and his children, Elaine Nanfria, Jeanne Maltby (Jay), Gilbert, Pleasanton, Sweetheart, Virginia Hunt (Ginny), Mark Brum (Patty) and Joseph Brum (Vickie). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
