“I am a former SJSU student who took one of his Electrical Engineering classes. His reference letter helped me land my first internship and here I am, content at my first real job. I still have his email when he said he was so happy to see his student succeed, and he will see me in the following semester. That was the last reply I ever got from him. It saddens me to learn from the school just today that he has passed away, such a compassionate and caring teacher. Thank you professor.”
