He is survived by: his parents, Clara Irene and Harold Adams Cook; his children, Pamela (Bill), Jeffrey (Kathy), Derald (Kathleen) and Kenneth (Sheila); his grandchildren, Derek (Lisa), Kacey (Robert), Blake, Craig (Jaclyn), Cole, Analiese and Renee (Marvin); and his great grandchildren, Jesse, Jillian, Rylee, Ronan, June and Fynnly.
