It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan (Bequette) McCurdy of Pleasant Hill, California, born in De Soto, Missouri, who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Bequette and Thomas James Bequette; her husband Gerald Ray McCurdy; and her siblings, David Bequette, LaVera Sorum and Mary Leftridge.
She is survived by: her children, Karen and Karl; her grandchildren, Douglas Ray McCurdy (Amy) and Gennevieve LeFevre Wright; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Adalyn and Carter; her brother James Bequette; and her parents-in-law, Cherie McCurdy and Ronald Wright. She is also survived by Numerous cousins brothers and sisters in-law, friends, nieces and nephews.
