She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Van Dyke Jerome (Aaron) and Tammy Van Dyke Hoppin; her brother Jack L. Cornelius Jr. (Maria) of Sacramento; and her friends, Shih-Tzu Collie, Jozie Collie and Border Collie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
