He is survived by: his daughter Alicia; his significant other Reymundo Lugo; his sons, Ray Jr of Las Cruces, Enrique Jimenez of Las Cruces and Joseph Jimenez of Las Cruces; his sisters, Elena (Gilbert Diaz) of Las Cruces and Jessica (Jerry Gallegos) of Las Cruces; his husband Benito Lopez of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Andrea Lugo, Layla Jimenez, Alicia Jimenez and Ray III of Las Cruces, NM.; and also Celia Villa of Juarez.
