We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2019, at the age of 82, Wanda L Billings (Placerville, California), born in Seminole, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Crow and Louzetta Crow; and her siblings, Jack, Harvel, Billy, Bob Crow and Patricia Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Billings; and her children, Christopher Billings (Angela), Mark Billings (Bobbi), Brandy Ringle (Tony), David Billings (Debbie) and Brian Billings. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Wanda requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
