He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Sullivan (E. Ronnie) and Bertie Sullivan; and his siblings, Wanda Keeling, Wavel Facha, Ruth Gallant and Bob Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Ethie Sullivan (Williams); his brother Charles Sullivan; his daughter Tami Cannon Sherri (Ronald); his grandchildren, Hunter Cannon Corina Cannon (Courtney), Madison Sullivan and Arron Ward; and his great grandchildren, Reagan Cannon and Brixton Ricketts.
