“Noel was a long time patron of the Amador County Library, especially the Main Library in Jackson. He visited almost every day to either look something up or feed feral cats. He knew everyone that worked at the library by name, and all the locals he interacted with over the years he lived in this area. Noel (aka "Bill") had a kind heart and would often go out of his way to help others. He'll be missed.”
