He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee McIntyre and Patricia Ann Scott; and his cousins, Jimmy McIntyre, Melinda McIntyre-Kolpin and Billy McIntyre.

He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick (Sylvia), John (Karen), David (Mariah), Pam (Stephanie), Claudia (Joseph), Alicia (Justin), Mary (Max), Anne (Tom) and Caroline (Darby); and his cousins, Tracy McIntyre-Fredricks and Tina Kerner-Gough.

Mark's wishes are that donations be made to the Catalina Island Marine Institute (CIMI).
