“I'm very sorry to hear of Linda's passing. I was a friend of hers from Humana West hills Hospital. I met her when I was 19 years old and worked with her till she left for Sacramento. i did go to the car races with her at times but did not know any of those friends. The last time I was in touch with her was in 1992 or so, i went with my family to visit her in Placerville. She was a very good friend and even though I have not seen her in a great while I will miss her. David Girard”

“Hello Joan, I'm hoping you might be able to help me. I see that you knew Linda a long time. Can you tell me whether there was a connection to racing cars? I'm asking because i have a number of very large scrapbooks that were in Linda's home. They are very large and heavy and are newspaper clippings and pictures etc. I did not want them to be thrown away and I'm wondering if you would have any information that might help me.
