It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Leon Turnbow (Placerville, California), who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Myra Turnbow (Rickard); his children, Carla Edwards (Turnbow), Vickie Gonzalez and Wendell Turnbow; and his parents, Emmet Lloyd Turnbow and Mildred Lorine Turnbow (Reynolds). He was also cherished by his grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
