He is survived by: his parents, Merle and Jacquelyn; his siblings, Glenn (Pamela), Michael (Lorrie), Craig, Kerry (Bonnie) and Rebecca (Charlie); his significant other Christina; and his children, Elizabeth (Jeffery), Jessica (Kenneth), Jennifer, Johnny and Jacquilyn. He is also survived by his parents, wife, children, grandchildren, brothers, sister, cousins, nieces, nephews, many friend.
