She was predeceased by: her brothers, Tony Ruiz and Raymond; and her parents, Josephine Ruiz and Anthony Ruiz. She is survived by: her husband John Thompson of Placentia; her siblings, Ernie Ruiz of Elko, NV and Mary Guilliams of Knoxville, TN; and her daughter Josephine Elizabeth (Dominick) of Lancaster. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Teresa was committed before birth to instill into Josie the virtues and values and faith that would become the foundation of her life and she did so by homeschooling Josie.
