She is survived by: her children, Ralph Riggs (Linda) of Canandaigua, NY, Kristie Yunker (David) of Ester, AK, Barbara Mercer (Steve) of Whittier, CA, James Riggs (Katherine) of Huntsville, AL and Linda Riggs of Fullerton, CA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
