He was predeceased by: his grandchild David Clements. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Hirn; his great-grandparent Uncle; his children, Fred Hirn (Michelle Hirn) and Lorraine Hirn Clements; his son-in-law Thomas Clements; and his grandchildren, Tracy Hirn Neri, Randy Hirn, Jordan Hirn Dullenkopf, Kristine Clements Tidwell and Karlea Clements.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Dave's memory to The St. Jude Hospice, Harbor Blvd. Fullerton CA.
