He was predeceased by: his father Dean Caldwell. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Caldwell; his siblings, Deena of Pittsburg, Timothy (Madison) of Jersey City and Michael of Long Beach; and his nephew Jacob of Royal Oak, Michigan.. He is also survived by mother and sister, and close friends.
