It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthie Lee (Pittsburg, California), born in Oak Ridge, Louisiana, who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elijah Bryant and Janie Bryant; and her brothers, Willie Jr., Isaiah, George and James.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Duncan Sr.; her sons, Robert Duncan Jr., Randy Duncan and Randolph; her grandchildren, Elijah Duncan, Elizabeth Gonzales and Robin Mackey; her siblings, John Henry Bryant of Concord, Beatrice Threatts of Stockton, Mercy Dee Holmes of Antioch and Maggie Sue Ball of Richmond; and her brother-in-law Trendell Ball of Richmond. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
