He is survived by: his parents, Benjamin Jereczek and Gertrude Jereczek; his spouse Genevieve Jereczek; his children, Gary Jereczek (Alice Sung), Susan Jereczek and Linda Bartlett (Terry Bartlett); and his grandchildren, Shannon Bartlett, Nicole Sung-Jereczek, Jake Bartlett and Alexandra Sung-Jereczek.
