He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Medina and Monica Medina; his siblings, Alicia Leaños, Fidel Medina and Jose Luis Medina; his brothers-in-law, Roy and James Roberts; and his brothers, Marcos Medina and Pedro Medina.
He is survived by: his children, Nicolas (Melissa), Luis (Rachel), Raquel and Bodega Bay; his wife Margaret; his daughter Rashawnda Lanham (Ross); his niece Daisy Labao (Jon); his grandchildren, Mateo, Havanna, Jose, Lorelai, Gabriella, Jon Kenai, Gianna, Isaiah and Josephine; and his sister Margarita Rodriguez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
