He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughter Tina (Larry); his grandchildren, Samantha Taylor and Justin Taylor (Heather); his great grandchild Nick; his son Richard Rodriguez; his granddaughter Jessica; his brother Tony Rios; and also, Andrea and Christina. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, and cousins.
