He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Romero; his parents, Diego Romero and Rosie Romero; his siblings, Josie, Doris, Louise, Nellie, Buddy, Juanita, Virginia and Gilbert; his children, Rosie Romero, Valerie Romero-Lopez and Baby Richard; and his great grandchild Ameeya Mcdonald.
He is survived by: his children, Martha Romero, Richard Romero (Melanie Romero) and Teena Romero; his brother Ernie Romero (Barbara Romero); and his daughter Montana.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel (2295 Railroad Ave, Pittsburg, CA 94565). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the St. Peter Martyr Church (740 Black Diamond St, Pittsburg, CA 94565).
