He was predeceased by: his father Herschel Webb; and his daughter Lisa Ann Webb. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Christina Hill (Jay) and Peter Webb (Staci); his grandchildren, Tanner Hill (Katie), Jenae Hill, Madilynn Webb, Joey Hart, Kendilynn Webb, Titan Webb and Tatum Webb; his great grandchild Greyson Hill; and his sisters, Noreen, Peggy and Brenda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
