He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Maggio and Neno "Shannon" Di Maggio; his wife Laura Lee Di Maggio; and his nephews, Michael and Stephen Davi.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Di Maggio and Laurie Di Maggio; his sister Roselyn Davi (Anthony); his niece Laurene Drewry (Rob); his great-nieces, Ashlyn and Mikayla; his great-nephew Michael Davi (Sandra); his uncle Joseph Troia; and also, Amber and Remi. He is also survived by many relatives, godchildren, and friends.
