He was predeceased by: his parents, Esperanza Capas and Norberto Capas. He is survived by: his girlfriend Erma Barajas; his children, Nicolette Arambula (Manuel), Melissa Abraham (Alvin) and Michael Capas (Melynn); and his brothers, Henry Capas, Israel Capas and Benjamin Capas Sr. (Irma). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
