He was predeceased by: his father Richard Warren Welde, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Welde; his sister Cindy Preeo (Bruce) of Stockton, CA; and his nephews, Matthew Preeo and Jason Preeo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many cousins.
