He was predeceased by: his son Martin Richter; and his siblings, Don Richter, Ed Richter and Maryann Scott. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Richter; his children, Kurt Myers (Joy) and Melanie Long (Michael); and his siblings, Robert Richter and Marlene Mills. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
