He was predeceased by: his father Ron Miller. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his daughter Katie; his siblings, Suzanne (Dave), Steve (Michele) and Jeff; his daughter Lastly; and his pets, Kona, Nala and Noel. He is also survived by 4 aunts, one uncle, and 9 nieces and nephews.
