It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mervin Albert McDonald of Petaluma, California, who passed away on August 6, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; and his siblings, Stanley McDonald, Shirley Silva and Leroy McDonald. He is survived by: his children, Bill McDonald (Deana), Mike McDonald and Kathy Lucchesi (Gino); his grandchildren, Jeannette Bucher (Scott), Annemarie Zediker (Trevor), Jodi Stevens (Luke), Amy Dilena (John) and Clay Lucchesi (Jenny); and his great grandchildren, Jeanna, JD Bucher, Rance, Tristan, Brody Zediker, Brinlee, Stran Stevens, Cole, Grady Dilena, Bernice and Gino Lucchesi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
