He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Manuel F. Silva and Bellmira Silva; his daughter Sharon Urbiztondo; his grandchildren, Chirstopher and Lauren Urbiztondo; his sons, Mark Silva (Ted Bolivar) and Rodney Silva (Mark Hilovsky); and his cousin Deolinda Avila (John). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Heart Association or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
