He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Tellinghuisen and Olga Tellinghuisen; and his siblings, Norm, Ed, George, Martha, Victor and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Denise Parks (Todd), Yvonne O'Hara (Robert) and Jeff Tellinghuisen; his grandchildren, Amanda (Johnny), Ryan (Alex), Danny, Crystal (Zach), TJ, Zach (Kody), Casey, Tyler and Mason; and his great grandchildren, JJ, Isaiah and Bayleigh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
