He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ilse Uland, Walter and Barbara Klemenok. He is survived by: his parents, Michelle Klemenok and Kevin Klemenok; his siblings, Trevor, Taylor, Hailey and Connor; his grandfather Tom Uland; his uncle Tim Livingston; his aunt Debbie Livingston (Klemenok); his cousins, Tim (Amanda), Peter (Chelsea), Barbara (Sterling) and Samuel; his uncle Keith Uland (Katie); his cousin Arthur Uland; his uncle Ralph Dieter; and his cousins, Lana and Paul Dieter. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
In an effort to keep his skill level up during the pandemic, Hayden was invited and very excited to accept a spot in a summer collegiate baseball league in Nebraska.
A memorial fund in Hayden's name will be established for a deserving athletic scholar to the Casa Grande High School Baseball Program.
