He was predeceased by: his parents, Von Dow Billings and Nina Eloise Sanders Billings; and his former wives, Maureen O'Connell Billings Soltero and Naomi Singer Billings. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rose; his sons, Paul and David (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Hudson and Addison.
