He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; and his parents, Arnold J. Patocchi and Olga Patocchi. He is survived by: his children, Larry Patocchi (Tori), Lisa Ohman (Mark), David Patocchi (Lisa Marie) and Dina Solis (David); his grandchildren, Chelsea Thompson, Brittany McMullin (Josh), Trevor Patocchi (Savannah), Scott Scheppelmann (Lisa), Leslie Scheppelmann, Olivia and Joaquin Solis; and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Miles McMullin, Donny Buck Thompson, Stella Scheppelmann, Paul and Tristan Patocchi.

The family prefers memorials be made to Providence Hospice of Petaluma.
