He is survived by: his mother Magalene Stringer of Troy, Alabama.; his wife Janis Jones; his stepson James Jones of Los Angles, California.; and his brothers, Larry Brown of Jacksonville, Florida, Tommy Jones (Dorris) of Troy, Alabama and Joseph Jones of Troy, Alabama..
