She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Ralph Clark. She is survived by: her sons, Phillip (Donna), Edward (Lindsay), Steven (Carla) and Andrew (Ronda); and her siblings, Lois Esteban, Ernest Smith and Everett Smith. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Roxie's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Cross & Crown Lutheran Church or Disabled American Veterans.
