He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Thelma; his stepfather Elvin Dean Richins; his former wife Victoria Ann Bowlin; his children, Tiffany, Scotty, Chad, Noah, Emily, Wallace and Beau; his former wife Francine Matteson; his adoptive son Jesse; his daughter Michelle; and his wife Greta "Kay" Tegan. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (615 Hollow Way, Nevada City, CA 95959-3271).
