He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Shirley Scott Gianelli; his wife Ann Baumgart Gianelli; his daughters, Cynthia Rosenberg (Harold) of El Dorado and SatSundri Kaur Khalsa of Espanola; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephen, Kirpal and Bhagvati; his parents, Giambatista (John) and Frances; and his sisters, Dorothy Butler and Ida Goldsmith. He was also cherished by 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
