He is survived by: his wife Sharlote Moe; his children, Ricque Santellano (John) and Jason Moe (Amy); and his siblings, Sandra Robinson, Carol Fagan (Pat), Pam Howell (Tony), Debra Dickinson, Jerry Moe and Ed Moe (Chris). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and the many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
