He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Devon Belcher (Sheralee), Eric Belcher (Lisa) and Kristin Belcher Cuissot (Laurent); his grandchildren, Ryan, Wyatt, Heidi Cuissot, Kyla Belcher and Mark Belcher; and his siblings, John Belcher, Brooke Belcher (Steve) and Mallory Belcher Otis (Paul).

In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations to St. Francis Episcopal Church located in Pauma Valley, California.
